Return and Refund Policy

Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

All Returned items must meet these requirements:

  • Returned within 14 business days of receipt of receiving your order.

  • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains, free of odor, deodorant, or wear with all product tags attached.

  • Accompanied by a return form (How to create return form)

  • Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted):

 Formal gowns, handmade items, sale items, accessories, and undergarments (including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits).
 

Shipping:

 Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. LLeya P does not provide return shipping labels.

Return Processing time: 

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund, please note that your Bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Customercare@LLeyap.com

Sale items (if applicable)

All Sale items are considered “Final Sale” therefore, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or receive store credit.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Customercare@LLeyap.com and send your item to: 244 Bowdoin st, Boston MA 02122.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

LLeya P reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity;

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

Similarly, LLeya P reserves the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

If Non- LLeya P items got sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.
